We read everything that arrives, and we are especially interested in two things: barcodes that refused to scan, and symbologies you needed but could not find here.

We aim to reply within a few business days. There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would mean collecting and storing your details, and this site is built around not doing that.
Reporting a barcode problem
If a generated barcode did not scan, the following details help us reproduce it quickly:
- The barcode type you selected — Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8 or Code 39.
- The exact value you entered, if you are able to share it.
- Whether you downloaded the PNG or the SVG, and how you printed it.
- The scanner or app that failed to read it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot issue, sell or look up GS1 numbers. If you need a UPC or EAN for retail sale, those are licensed through GS1 in your country — no barcode generator, including this one, can provide them.
